Last week, the team at Vishwak Solutions went offsite to Mamalapuram for a day of fun, learning & motivation. The occasion was for a Team Motivation workshop conducted by experienced team headed by Dr.T.T.Srinath.
The broad objectives of the workshop was understanding ownership, trust, inter-dependence and team work. The format was semi-structured and experiential, making all the participants enjoy it thoroughly.
